Tuition and Fees for 2025-26

*Textbook and material fee is a one-time fee

What is your tuition refund policy?

If a student drops their class within 2 weeks of class, we offer a 100% refund .   If a class is dropped within 4 weeks, 50% tuition fee is refunded, and no refund will be offered after 1 month.

How do I pay tuition?

Preferred: Cash or Check.  Please make your check payable to CHCLCS with names of the student(s) on the memo line. Submit it at school during regular school hours. During the summer, you may mail to PO Box 3713 Chapel Hill, NC 27515. 

Also accepted: Zelle (there is a 1% processing fee). Please contact chapelhill.chinese@gmail.com if you require an alternate form of payment.  

Can I enroll my child in the middle of the semester?

Yes, you can enroll your child at any time during the semester. The tuition will be prorated.
